A Look At Natasha & Chris’s Wedding
Monday, August 8th, 2011Cherish & Clint Were Married Today.
Thursday, July 28th, 2011What a way to spend a Thursday!!!! Cherish & Clint wanted to get married on the day they met which was July 28th, so………………they did. Now that we are finished it actually feels like it’s Saturday hahaha. Clint showed up this morning sp0rting his VERY shiny, extra detailed, badass truck (Dayum, that truck looked good) along with a million dollar smile. The girls were “Pretty In Pink”, looked hot, and were all laughs and smiles during their session and fortunately the weather was great with overcast skies and a slight breeze. From Azilda to Timberwolf we covered a lot of ground creating kickbutt images all the way. With dust covered trails we bolted down the course with our offroading golf carts (only loosing one groomsmen during a sharp corner) searching out the best holes for the wedding party to strike a pose.
We had a blast today with loads of fun and laughter. Cherish & Clint were awesome and the bridal party was entertaining and energetic. Thanks again everyone for making this wedding FUN! We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Now THAT’S a Kiss!
Friday, July 8th, 2011Carole & Guy’s first kiss was years ago at the end of their first date, and at that time I guess it wasn’t in the cards for these two lovebirds to be together. Years later (YEARS LATER) their paths crossed again one evening while they were waiting in the same lineup, and I guess it was SOME kiss as Carole’s friends blurted out “THAT’S THE KISS? THAT’S THE GUY?”
Today they had many chances to recreate that first kiss as Carole & Guy were married earlier this evening with an intimate affair at Bell Mansion. We revisited the park bench where Guy told us that one time while they were sitting on that same bench looking out over Ramsey lake, he knew that Carole was the woman he would marry. And he was right.
Carole, Guy, thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon and evening, Jocelyne and I can’t explain how much fun we had with the three of you (Bella Included).
Bella’s typical reaction to the kiss.

The Bench & The Kiss

Our Last Sudbury Wedding Of The Season
Monday, November 22nd, 2010As I posted this blog post last month, we ended our Wedding Season with Lynn & Ryan and their group of laughter almighty!!! There is nothing better than having your last wedding of the season go off without a hitch, have a bride and groom that are head over heals for each other, a bridal party that keeps the laughter going ALLLLLL day, and outstanding family and friends that keep the momentum going. I know WE had a great time and thanks to this email I know THEY had a great time as well. Thanks again Lynn & Ryan, we had a BLAST!!!
“James,
You are the man! You are a master of your craft. If there were black belts in photography, you would be one. Actually, not only would you be a black belt but they’d give you your own temple somewhere in the Himalayan Mountains where you would teach young prodigies the art that you have perfected! I don’t know how to better explain the gift that you’ve given us. The images that you’ve captured for us are above and beyond anything that we could have imagined.
You’ve made my ugly mug look so good that I am unable to show the pictures to the female population – if I do, they get all crazy and want to bear my children – then I find myself having to fend them off with a stick!
Every picture is amazing and it’s hard to pick just a few to hang on our walls. We would like to put every single image on our walls, but I don’t think we have the wall space. So, really, there’s only one thing to do in this situation….build more walls!
- Ryan
PS. I’m not a photographer, but after a few wobbly pops I have attempted that ‘Sundance’ of yours….
…in other news, the neighbors have put up a very large fence…”
*************
“Ever since we got our pictures Ryan has been walking up and down the halls striking poses. He seems to think he has the potential to become a male model. I’m not allowed to use the phone because he thinks GQ Magazine might call him any day now.
James and Jocelyne, thank you both for everything! You have made this whole process a total joy and an unforgettable experience! We hope that you two had as much fun as we did on our crazy wedding day!
When our family grows we look forward to having you capture those moments as well!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for everything. It was exactly what we wanted and it was an unforgettable day!
Thank you for sharing it with us!
-Lynn
PS. James, don’t give Ryan anymore crazy ideas….. I dont need him getting arrested for indecent exposure!

Melanie & Mike Are Now Married!
Saturday, June 26th, 2010What a gorgeous day for wedding wasn’t it? It started off cloudy and crappy and then wham, the skies opened up, the sun came out and the birds started singing. We just finished documenting the wonderful wedding of Melanie & Mike and it was a blast. It’s amazing the energy that stays in the air when everyone involved in the wedding are excited, happy and full of fun and today was no exception. The wedding party was blast, the family (the huge families) were all smiles and the guests friendly, polite and very helpful. After we are done, Joce and I tend to contemplate the day going over the images, the moments, the laughs and the emotions and it always keeps us saying the same thing, “This is why we love weddings.”
We would like to personally thank the two of you Melanie & Mike, your bridal party, and your family and guests for making this day very enjoyable. THANK YOU!

What a Tripp
Friday, June 4th, 2010down memory lane that is. Recently we had one of my previous brides come in and order more images from their wedding. I photographed Jason & Sylvie Tripp back in 2005 where we did all the formal images before the ceremony. Back then the Bell Mansion was a beautiful place to photograph weddings and they were pretty well booked every weekend. I remember there being 6 photographers with wedding parties on the grounds photographing and we would all rotate around mansion picking our spots. I went through the whole wedding again and remembered the day all over. I thought I would snag a few images and post them here to share with you. Enjoy.
