JAMES HODGINS PHOTOGRAPHY

It’s quite often we get to document other photographers weddings.  Today Joce, myself and fellow photographer Michael Blinn photographed another fellow photographers wedding.  Jennifer and Nick picked a warm sunny Friday to tie the knot.  We were all over God’s creation today photographing in Onaping, Vermillion Lake, Dowling, Downtown, and finishing off at Science North.  Even though Jennifer is usually  behind the camera (photographing Nick) she had no problem being in front of the camera today.     The red wall is a spot that we use quite often, but everytime we go there, we capture different images.  This is due to the couples, the time of day, and what our lighting is doing.   Today was no exception as the sun was high in the sky filtering through the fire escape stairs throwing “rays” of light and shadow on the wall.  We are now on Holidays and heading off on our East Coast Motorcycle Trip next week.  You will be able to follow our travels at my East Coast Page.

We made the COVER!!!

This years Sudbury Wedding Magazine has our images throughout (and the cover) along with a featured wedding “Happily Ever After” that we also photographed.  Check out our “unique” add we also put in there.  Of course it’s different from the rest because well…………..so is our photography.

Congratulations to Tyler and Erin.  They are getting married in August of 2010 and they just booked us to document their wedding day.  It’s our first day back in the office for the new year and already wedding inquiries are coming in.  For those of you who got engaged over the holidays, don’t hesitate to hire your wedding photographer.  Most professional wedding photographers book 1 to 2 years in advance.  We are already booking for 2010 & 2011 weddings, so if you think you still have lots of time you might be mistaken.
