This one would definitely be in the running.  So small yet so cute, dog’s like this just make you want to pick them up and take them home.

With a lot of our family portrait sessions we encourage the family to bring their pets along for the ride.  Pet’s are family too didn’t you know?  We love photographing the furry ones during our session, and trying to capture their personalty is half the battle.  Here a few images of some of the pets at our recent family sessions.

Well maybe not, but “Jersey” a Bernese Mountain Dog was all tongues and smiles during his photosession with us.

Sometimes you get a bunch of dogs that can just sit, stay and listen.  When this happens, you can forget about the ducttape, crazy glue, and hot glueguns.

At least all the ones at the Sudbury SPCA on Notre Dame are.  We dropped off all the bags of dogfood, catfood, litter and milkbones (2 car loads) and all the donations as well.  They are OVERWHELMED with the support from all of you and our Dog Day Event.  Thanks again everyone!!  More images to follow.

Well he’s not really a Teddy bear, but he sure was fluffy like one.  We just finished photographing Teddy’s SPCA portrait not 10 minutes ago here at the studio.  April adopted Teddy 3 weeks ago from the Sudbury SPCA (where Teddy has been vacationing for the past couple of days).  Even though Teddy is already 5 years April couldn’t resist those big bright eyes and that charming smile.  Thanks April for opening your heart and home to Teddy and thanks again for taking advantage of our Adopt A Pet Promotion.

Jennifer, Charles and Coco braved the Northern Ontario weather, through sleet and hail, snow and rain, they made their way downtown to enjoy a quick, cold fun filled engagement session.  Oh boy was it cold and snowing, but it did make for a great session.  Even though I had to have them  hold their breaths while I tripped the shutter button they did discover a new talent of holding your breath and smiling at the same time.  It was Coco though who really didn’t seem amused that we took him out of his cozy warm truck to be involved in the whole process.
